  I've lived here for 19 years now and I haven't had much to complain about. We pretty much keep to ourselves, but enjoy keeping up our property as much as time and money allow. My house is beautiful to me and if people would just put forth a bit of effort their home would be as well. It's very safe here. I've never felt unsafe. We've only had a few times where we could do better with park rules, but we tend not to purposefully break them. For a spell I had a difficult time meeting deadlines, but I always paid when I could and never went months without making payments and paid late fees without complaints. Life happens, but if you work really hard at it, you can stay in your home. The only thing I would love to see is if someone would pressure wash the vinyl siding on homes this spring. Some of them need attention to bring back the memory of looking new.
